Today I'm going to do it.

I'm going to talk to Cass about her problem. She's anorexic, which is really hard to come out and say. We were best friends from age 3 to 13. In middle school, she was extremely awful to me, so we drifted apart. But recently, she's come down with an eating disorder. She's so bony I can't even look at her from the face down.

Our families are going to Nebraska City today, so I'm going to confront her about it. In a way, I'm extremely nervous, but I'm also extremely glad that I'm going to be doing something to help.
